The amenities offered were fantastic, particularly the

fully equipped kitchen and ongoing snack replenishments. However, I did run into some trouble with the small elevator and the stench from the room. It was otherwise a wonderful experience in a prime location of Florence.

I enjoyed the roomy and modern bathroom and loved the complimentary tote bag and refillable water bottle! There were great spots to relax, like the lounge area and the cozy reading nook. A little shelf for toiletries in the shower would be nice, but it didn't take away from my awesome stay. 😊

had a wonderful stay at residenza benizzi rooms in the heart! the location was perfect, right by pitti palace, and the room was modern and very clean. i felt totally comfortable and well taken care of, which exceeded my expectations from last summer.

What a delightful gem! The location is perfect—just a hop from all the major sights. The amenities are amazing, like coffee and snacks always on hand. The washing machine was a lifesaver after a long trip.
